Lobby Services
Our lobby is open every weekday except for University holidays. Counselors are
available to answer questions and provide general financial aid information
on a walk-in basis. Appointments with
assigned counselors can be made, if necessary.
Students can submit required documents, appeal forms, private scholarship checks,
etc. in the drop box located outside our lobby doors. Please be sure the student's
UT EID is on each submitted document.

Telephone Information Center
The Telephone Information Center can provide you with information about
file completion, financial aid programs, funds availability, bars, debts
and how to clear up potential problems.
If you need more specific information or if you want to schedule an appointment with your assigned counselor,
you can do so by calling the Telephone Information Center.
Be aware that we are bound by the Family
Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). It limits the type and amount
of information we can disclose over the telephone without proper
identification or consent.
