Appointments with Staff
During our business hours,
we have counselors working at our front counter, answering the phones,
and responding to ASK DON
e-mails. Please feel free to contact these staff members with any
financial aid questions you have. Most questions can be easily or
quickly resolved by a counselor on duty, but if your situation requires
a sit-down appointment with a counselor, those on duty can help you set
this up. Please note that during registration times we only accept
appointments on a walk-in basis, and that we cannot set up appointments
for counselors during the time in which they are initially considering an appeal.
