Appointments with Staff
During our business hours, we have counselors
working at our front counter, answering the phones, and responding to e-mails. Please feel
free to contact these staff members with any financial aid-related questions. Most questions
can be easily or quickly resolved by a counselor on duty, but if your situation requires a
sit-down appointment with a counselor, those on duty can help you set one up.
Exceptions:
- During registration periods, appointments are only accepted on a walk-in basis.
- If an appeal has been submitted for consideration, no appointments can be set until the review process has been completed.
