About Ask DON!
The Ask DON! service provides answers to the most common financial
aid questions students ask. The database currently maintains over
300 frequently asked questions and answers.
How to Ask DON!
Search the database first to see if another student has already asked
your question. If someone has, you'll find the answer here. If you can't
find an answer that satisfies your question, simply "Ask a Question"
via Ask DON! and get an answer in 3-5 business days!*
It's that easy!
Before you can ask a question, the service requires that you view at
least one existing question and answer combination. Don't forget to include
your full name and your social security number and/or UTEID if you have
specific questions regarding to your own financial aid file.
*Please allow up to 7-10 business days during peak periods.
