Financial Aid Problem Resolution
The Office of Student Financial Services strives to provide the most accurate
financial aid information and assistance to prospective, continuing and former
students and parents of The University of Texas at Austin. If a student and/or
parent has an issue that cannot be resolved via phone or e-mail with a Financial
Aid Counselor, there are a number of options. The customary problem resolution
avenues are as follows:

If you have already received a response to your issue from a Financial Aid Counselor,
