If you were offered and you accepted the Texas B-On-Time loan on your E-FAN, you will be sent an e-mail directing you to the Hinson-Hazlewood Loans (HHL) Online web site to complete the B-On-Time Loan Application and Promissory Note. The HH Loans Online web site is administered by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB), the lender and servicer for the Texas B-On-Time Loan Program. There, you will find information about various state and federal financial aid programs administered by THECB, along with repayment information for each THECB-administered loan you borrow.

To apply for the B-On-Time Loan, click the Loans Online link and follow the prompts for the Texas B-On-Time Loan Program. You will be required to register (create a Login ID) before completing the Application and Promissory Note. Be sure to print and mail the completed form to the address indicated. This process will need to be repeated each year that you borrow a Texas B-On-Time Loan.
