Since the lender for your Perkins loan is UT Austin, your Perkins Master Promissory Note (MPN) can be completed on-line through our CASH web site. The MPN is valid for up to 10 years, as long as you are still enrolled at UT Austin. Once you have signed your MPN, you will not need to sign a new MPN in subsequent years.

To complete the Perkins Loan MPN, you will need to provide addresses and contact information for several references, as well as some general information about yourself. You will also need to upgrade your UT EID to High Assurance to complete this requirement. Our office will contact you by e-mail when your Perkins MPN is available to sign.
