The Office of Student Financial Services (OSFS) will begin processing financial aid funds, for the Fall 2007 semester, the weekend of August 18th-19th, 2007. OSFS will continue to process financial aid every weeknight throughout the semester.

Outstanding University debt is paid first. Remaining funds, if any, are then released to the student. If you have already designated a banking institution for direct deposit, we will initiate an ACH transaction to deposit the remaining funds directly into your bank account. If you haven't designated a bank yet, do it today! Don't delay! Otherwise, you will have to wait for a paper check to be printed, processed and sent via regular mail.

While the majority of students receive their financial aid prior to the start of classes, some students will not receive their aid until they have completed all outstanding requirements. Students are notified by e-mail to complete items such as financial aid notifications and loan counseling. Our on-line financial aid status system, CASH, lists any outstanding requirements and summarizes financial aid released.
