Interested in learning more about the Federal Work-Study program? The Office of Financial Aid will be hosting a Work-Study Information Session on Tuesday, March 20, from 10 am to Noon in the Glenn Maloney Room (G1.310) in the Student Services Building (SSB).
This event is intended for those who currently hire or are interested in hiring Work-Study students, as well as any UT staff interested in creating Work-Study positions.
Topics that will be covered include:
- Fundamentals/Essential Knowledge about Federal Work-Study
- Student WS Awards
- Hiring procedures
- Q&A to share best practices
Please note we are in the process of gathering Work-Study information as it relates to HRMS (post-November 1st), HAWS Job IDs, and Workday.
