The Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid will begin disbursing spring 2023 financial aid, including grants and loans, on January 3 and it will continue on a rolling basis. This will occur for undergraduate, graduate, law and Dell Medical students.
Students should check CASH to confirm that financial aid requirements are complete. Once all requirements are met, funds will be disbursed and be applied automatically to outstanding bills, including tuition and on-campus housing bills.
Students who have set up direct deposit should anticipate a refund within 3 to 5 business days. If you do not have direct deposit, a paper check will be mailed to your local address in 1 to 2 weeks. Students can check the status of their refund on MyUT through Where Is My Check?.
